Our story

Biro Vision was founded in Belgrade in 2009. We maintain business books, tax records and payroll records for sole traders and companies in Serbia.

The service is adjusted to the legal form, activity, VAT status, headcount and document volume. We review the required scope before sending a quote.

The client receives the service scope, monthly fee and required document list before work starts.

Documents can be exchanged electronically, so clients can work with us without regular office visits.

How the work actually runs

Instead of general promises, here is what a month with us looks like.

01 We collect documents electronically or on paper, and pull e-invoices straight from SEF, so forwarding them is never your job.
02 We post throughout the month rather than in the last two days before a deadline, so anything unclear surfaces while there is still time to fix it.
03 Tax returns go through the ePorezi portal and employee registrations and deregistrations through CROSO, within the statutory deadlines.
04 When a deadline is at risk because documents have not arrived, you hear from us before it passes, not after.
05 For each file, we define the contact and method for delivering documents.
06 Annual obligations are agreed according to the legal form and business workload.

We maintain a calendar of obligations and request documents needed for filings and reports.

Before work starts, we define what the monthly fee covers and which services are charged separately.

Each file has a defined contact for questions about the agreed service scope.

We track tax and accounting rule changes relevant to the agreed services.
